Why We Support Him
Norcross is a union guy. Before joining Congress, he was a union electrician with IBEW Local 351 and was active in the South Jersey Building Trades and South Jersey AFL-CIO Central Labor Council.
One of only three union members in Congress and the only Building Trades member, we know he speaks from a place of personal experience and compassion when he says he stands for raising the federal minimum wage, that the best social program in the world is a good job with fair wages, and that investing in infrastructure is critical to growing New Jersey's economy. In Washington, D.C., he has consistently delivered on issues important to union households, from protecting federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage laws, to strengthening apprenticeship opportunities.
Our choice is clear, and we choose Donald Norcross.
